Agriculture Tractor 904
New, four-wheel drive, 2025. One figure our catalogue prints for this model does not add up, so we have left it off and we will confirm it against the machine.
4×4

What this machine is
A new 904 agriculture tractor, model year 2025. Four-wheel drive, a Laidong engine and an 8 forward, 2 reverse manual gearbox.
It is the third of the four agriculture tractors we hold, sitting between the 504 and the 1604.
The engine output is not on this page. The next section says why.
Why a specification row is missing, and why we left it missing
Our catalogue prints figures for this model that do not survive a sanity check against the rest of the range. Our own internal review of catalogue data health flagged the 904 as an item to query with the factory, along with the 1604, and that query has not been answered.
We had three options and only one of them is defensible.
Print the catalogue figure anyway. Every competitor would. It is what the supplier gave us, so the responsibility feels like it moves. It does not: the buyer holds a specification that came from us.
Print what the model number implies. Tractor model numbers usually encode output, so an educated guess is available. An educated guess in a specification table is indistinguishable from a fact to the person reading it.
Leave the row out and say so. Which is what this page does.
The rule across this whole site is that missing data renders as absent, never as a guess. A missing specification costs you one question. A wrong one costs you a machine that is not the machine you bought, discovered at your port, and it costs us a customer who is right to be angry.
Ask us. We read the plate on the actual machine and put the answer in writing on the Proforma Invoice before you pay anything.
What it is used for
Agriculture, at commercial arable scale.
Primary tillage on larger holdings. Ploughing and harrowing where the acreage justifies a machine above the 70 hp class.
Wide implements. Seeders, harrows and sprayers sized for covering ground quickly inside a short planting window.
Contract work. At this size a tractor is a business rather than a farm tool, working several holdings through a season.
Heavy haulage on the farm. Loaded trailers over rough ground, where four-wheel drive and weight both matter.
Where it sits in the range
The four agriculture tractors we hold are one family: four-wheel drive, Laidong engines, 8 forward and 2 reverse gears, all new. What separates them is size, and the 904 sits in the upper half.
Below it, the 504 is the 50 hp field tractor, lighter and cheaper to run on modest acreage. Above it, the 1604 is the estate and contractor machine, with a full cab.
This one has no cab, which is worth weighing. If the tractor works long days in sun and dust, a cab is what gets the hours out of it, and the 1604 above is the one that has it.
Condition, and what we do before it ships
New, so the workshop pass is preparation and export prep rather than refurbishment. We photograph the actual machine before it loads, and on this model we photograph the engine plate, because that is the row this page does not fill in.
Settle the implements at the same time as the tractor. At this size the implements are a significant part of the purchase and the wrong ones waste the machine.
Shipping it
No shipping volume is published, because our catalogue does not print dimensions for any of the farm tractors. We measure the actual machine and quote the freight from that rather than estimate.
Loaded at our yard in Tangshan, shipped through Tianjin Port.
What to tell us
Your acreage, your soil and your working hours, which decide whether you want this or the 1604 with its cab. The implements you need. Your destination port and the quantity. And ask us for the engine figure: it is the first thing we will check for you.
Questions buyers ask about this machine
Why is there no horsepower on this page?
Because the figures our catalogue prints for the 904 do not survive a sanity check, and we would rather publish nothing than publish something wrong. Ask us and we will read the plate on the actual machine and put the answer in writing on your Proforma Invoice.
What exactly is wrong with the catalogue?
Our own internal data-health review flagged the 904's printed figures as inconsistent with the rest of the range, alongside the 1604 on the next page. Both are on a list of items we raised with the factory rather than quietly passed on to buyers. Until they answer, the row stays empty.
Is that not a bad look on a product page?
It is a better look than the alternative. A missing specification costs you one question. A wrong one costs you a machine that is not what you bought, and you find out when it arrives. Every page on this site leaves out what we cannot stand behind.
So what can you tell me for certain?
That it is new, model year 2025, four-wheel drive, with a Laidong engine and an 8 forward, 2 reverse gearbox, and that it sits between the 504 and the 1604 in the range. For anything with a number attached, ask and we will confirm it against the machine standing in our yard.
What this farm tractor is used for
Full specification
Only what the catalogue actually prints. A row that is not here is a figure we do not have yet. Ask, and we confirm it against the machine in our yard rather than guess at it.
